Episode 2, it couldn’t get any worse

Three years ago we asked ourselves “Is this still agile?”, but it has now become clear what the answer is.

It looks like a lot of people have lost hope in being able to work in Agile.

Transformations are perceived as being determined by others and the reaction is resistance.

Only process people show joy and celebrate themselves, claqueurs alike.

The question arises as to whether the agilists themselves live the agile values.

We will get to the bottom of the matter and name possible suspects.

Speaker

Danilo Biella is a demystifier and evolutionary humanist, he likes to question things. In an enlightening way, he investigates half-truths, fraud and injustice and uncovers where things smell strange. Usually not without a touch of biting humor.

In his more than 20-year career in IT, the studied computer scientist has always had and continues to focus on quality, be it in development as well as in process design.

After his first online appearance at Guild42, at the beginning of lock-down 3 years ago, which was unexpectedly popular, he appeared on various committees on topics in similar areas.

In his free time he enjoys playing card and board games, making music and philosophizing over and about wine.
